Question My Mail Script dasnt work on my new server

I got a VServer by Strato-spain.
My Mail Script dasnt work on my new server with Plesc Onyx so i instaled the "PHP-Mailer"
The Postfix is activated.
Maybe i can get a faqs how i have to write a script in a mailform.

To send emails via PHP Script, you may have to White List "127.0.0.1 / 8" in

Tools & Setting > Mail Server Settings > White List
