Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
I updated Plesk from my interface, but once the installation was finished, my interface was totally broken (see screenshot).
So I do not have access to anything because I can not even connect to it anymore.
Well usually in your control panel at the company where you rent your server you have option to send restart command, turn off, turn on etc. Have you never tried to stop or start your server?
Never tried, in fact I did not rent the server at first.
I just continued the work of the previous person and I have no other access than the Plesk interface.

I tried to repair with ur commands, but there is a lot of ERRORS and FAILED messages during the process
