My plesk server domain doesn't connect

On my Plesk home page where it has Hostname & IP address, when I try to go to the site it doesn't come up. All I see is RFB 003.008. The default Plesk page use to be there Now its no longer there. I also can't ftp into the domain I set up. Does anyone knows how to resolve this.

What do you mean "RFB 003.008"?
Is your site hostname resolvable? Is there correct IP assigned to your site?

I got it fix RealVNC was the problem
