Issue My post is waiting to be out.. important question on automatic updates

1. Hello,
   how Long does it take that my post is out?
   Thread Status:
   Awaiting moderation before being displayed publicly.
   my urgent Question is,
2. why my plesk is not updating my Drupal … still on an old Version....

automatic updates are on, but apparently no newer Version available with plesk.
Is it a bug, a misfunction or normal...?

I am trying for more than 24 Hours to resolve the Problem with plesk
