If I have backup for MySQL database in .gz and .sql format and I want to upload databse how do I restore ?

I have root access and phpmyadmin. Can you tell me in detail how do I upload database and users by command SSH?

Upload SQL file, then run:

mysql -Ddatabase-name-here -uadmin -pplesk-password-here < databasedump.sql
