  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

New Pleskian
Hey
I have huge problem with my website.
I think it is because of last update of plesk.
I am using windows shared hosting and there is nothing like iis maneger etc.
The problem is my website is loosing some of texts and it is spreaing like a virus finally site looks like emty temleate. When i click buttons at this point i get divide by zero error.
Hostgator support didnt helped much. Solution i so far i have found is using crome click repader extension to click iss recycle button every minute.
I cant keep my computer open for 7/24
I thougt schuleted task can be solution but i, dont know what kind of script i need.
I hope someone here knows parmaanent solution for this.

Thank you.

I suggest you contact Plesk Support Team for starting an investigation and fixing the issue directly on your server.

Adding a scheduler task or script to recycle application pool for every minute is not a solution for this issue.
Event logs could indicate the cause of this.
If you have permissions in Plesk, try to disable dedicated application pool so it will use shared application pool so you can check if it make any difference

Regards,
Sam F
