TwitterI subscribed Plesk Panel 11 through 1 and 1 dedicated server package.
I registered all domain names both from other registrar and 1 and 1 domain service.
However, only 2 websites show properly after I uploaded source files to the httpdocs directory
and other 7 websites won't show and only 1 and 1 default site shows up instead of my own websites!
It has been like this over 2 months now and 1 and 1 dedicated server support team never put their effort to fix this issue just because they show on their end and there is nothing they can do!
I am very frustrated because I've been paying $79.99 every month and not utilizing the server 100% due to this unknown problem.
Let's say I have raysdeal.com, ktownforum.com these websites won't show on my computer but would show on others, I checked and deleted cache on my browser
and performed every possible solution I could think of and still no luck.
Those two websites are just samples and all 7 others won't show on some networks at all and only 1 and 1 default page would come up.
I have Samsung smartphone with verizon network and try to open those websites on my phone, it won't as well......
I tried to get this issue to 1 and 1 support team's attention but can't do it because they show on their computer!
I suspect that there is permission issue and I checked and change every possible way but still no show!
Please help on this issue because I am throwing money for no service to 1 and 1 and I need to fix this issue ASAP!
This is like, you have a mechanical problem with your car but whenever you bring your car to the mechanic, the problem is not there anymore and
could not fix it but when you come back home, the problem still exist....
I am helpless on this issue and please help to fix this issue.
