  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi,
I have plesk 7.5. Right now mysql is version 3.23.58 and we want to upgrade it to 4 or 5.

There are problems doing this?

We don't have preferencese beetween 4 or 5. What do you advice us for a correct plesk work?

Thanks
Giuseppe

I'd use, and did use ART's yum repo to upgrade to php 5.0.x and mySQL 4.0.21 without to many issues, I'd read the forums there to be sure you understand what you need to do to upgrade without issues.
