mysql 4.0.22

Is it safe to upgrade mysql to version 4.0.22 without any problems on a psa 7.5.1 machine?
Or am I going to have to downgrade mysql to a lower version when I want to upgrade psa on it's next version?

You'll probably need to downgrade to upgrade Plesk. You can't add users to databases if you're running 4.0.22 on the latest 7.5.1 RHEL3 build at the moment, should be fixed soon though.
