MySQL Autoincrement after Migration

It seems like doing the migration via Plesk 8.1 causes all of the autoincrement values on my MySQL tables to reset. I start getting duplicate key '0' errors everywhere I have an autoincrement.

Any idea why this might be?

It just happened to me after a backup and restore. I am ****ing steaming pissed right now.
