• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
After Plesk Updated to 11.5.30 we encounter a problem with the mysql. MySQL CPU usage always over 100% and ram usage increasing in a ladder pattern shown below.

There is no load on server. The graph below indicates that the date of problem encountered matches with the plesk update on my server (11.5.30 Update #38, last updated at Mar 28, 2014 06:50 AM)

I've made a deep research about that problem but could not find any solution.

I suggest you contact Parallels Support Team. They will investigate and fix this issue directly on your server. It is really difficult to find a reason in scope of forum discussion.

can you check task manager and go to procees tab, let us know which process is taking maximum utilization?
