MySQL databases quota and MS SQL databases quota

Just quickly are the MySQL databases quota and MS SQL databases quota linked to a clients assigned disk space? In other words, if I say that the MySQL databases quota and MS SQL databases quota are unlimited, and the disk space limit is set to 750MB. Will that mean that the MySQL databases quota and MS SQL databases quota are limited to the disk space limit?

SQL unlimited quota will be limited by Hard disk quota.
