  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Mysql library vs. Mysql server conflict..

mike2010

Basic Pleskian
I noticed this today after upgrading to the latest versions of php and mysql.

Somewhat of a text warning on the main PhpMyAdmin page -

Your PHP MySQL library version 5.0.90 differs from your MySQL server version 5.1.48. This may cause unpredictable behavior.

we did everything as mentioned here -

http://www.atomicorp.com/wiki/index.php/Mysql

yet, still the same message near the bottom of PhpMyAdmin.

Should we just leave it as is ?

I have the same problem. (we all have it for atomic so lol)

What are the "unpredictable behaviors" possible?

From the previous post:

" No this is a feature, its always going to be like that. It means you dont have to upgrade mysql when you upgrade PHP. "
