Question MySQL-Privileges problem

Hi.
I have a problem with mysql-user-privileges of a customer.
The customer has one database user who has full privileges.
However when entering phpMyAdmin the user can see all tables and views. He can work the tables, but when clicking on a view the errormsg

#1045 User XY@% has no privileges using password yes

How can I solve that?
