mysql problems after upgrading to 9.0.0

I've upgraded plesk from latest 8 release to 9.0.0 and all of my sties lost support of mysql.
They all run wordpress installations and at the moment all of them give this error on all pages:

"looks like your PHP installation lacks mysql support which is needed by wordpress"

Any ideas how to solve the problem?
