Question NAT/Firewall: Unable to access Backup Manager

dominicpratt

New Pleskian
Hi there,

I'm running Plesk Onyx 17.0.17 Update Nr. 24 behind a PfSense-Firewall and everything works fine so far.

The only issue I've encountered is, that I can't access the backup manager anymore. It seems that it's using an other port than 8443, since everything other can be accessed just fine.

Do any of you have an idea what could be the issue? Ports 20, 21, 80, 443, 990, 8443, 6489, 8447 and 8880 are open ingoing and outgoing every port is open.
