Need custom qmail SRPM for 7.5.x!

I'm running
psa-qmail-1.03-fc2.build75050824.12

What I need ASAP is an SRPM for this. I would like to implement a multiple IP sending patch found here:

http://denixsolutions.com/Scripts/Qmail-Multiple-Interfaces-Patch

This is actually for a client and I thought it was going to work so it's pretty critical.

Am I up s* creek without a paddle?

If I were to (learn how to) build my own SRPM, what specific options does Plesk expect?

I wrote to [email protected] [I believe] and a couple days later I received a qmail.tgz file with ALL of the Plesk-related patches!!

Now I can recompile qmail with their patches AND mine.
