Need Help ASAP - plesk database

Our server lost power, then would not boot back up. Had to choose Use Last Known Good Configuration. Lost all plesk & mailenable services. Got that fixed by using reconfigurtion. but it still says SQL "The specifed service does not exist as an install service." How can I reregister the SQL service. It is using MSDE.

Any way to get it reregistered?
