Need help rebuilding qmail for remote-auth patch

As my ISP is blocking outgoing traffic on port 25, i need to enable smtproutes but my ISP needs me to use TLS, and port 465, as well as login. In order to actually do this, i need to rebuild qmail so i can add the qmail-smtp-auth patch. that way i can use the smtproutes file to house my login information.

If anyone knows of a detailed howto guide for this, i would be most appreciative.

Thank you

Chris M.

Good news, plesk's qmail already has this built in. By default it already listens on port 465, and if you check under your server mail settings you can also enable the submission port, 587.
