I tried adding a new domain but it fails; after some searching I find the KB article that applies to my situation

Errors occured in mail restore procedure
Some utilities have exited with errors:
/usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/remote_mail_restore/mail_outgoing_restore

$ sudo /usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/remote_mail_restore/mail_outgoing_restore
ERR [util_exec] proc_close() failed
Error: 'pysqlite2.dbapi2.Connection' object has no attribute '__exit__'
