Need Python and Mailman installed

Looking to hire somebody to install and do the basic config of Python and Mailman on a iPower dedicated server. (easy way out!)

The Mailman list wasn't much help to me; the only response I got is that I should find a Plesk familar person.

I've been reading the details for the last few days on an install and there seems to be a fair number of variances with each install, and I can't afford the time to figure it all out myself.
