Need to update asp .net

Dear users;

I need to update framework from ASP.NET 2.0.50727.4927 to ASP.NET 4XX

I just can see my services version from Tools & Settings>Comppnents Manager . But there is no option for update to this services. If i miss something about updating i need to now exactly where i can do it .
If not , can i do it manually from remote admin?

Did you try to go Tools & Settings -> Updates and Upgrades -> Update Components ?
