.net2 installed but can't select

I created a new VPS in Virtuozzo, added the Plesk template and created a couple sites. Then I noticed that it only let me choose the .net1 framework when adding domains, so I applied the .net2 template. The template applied correctly and I can change a site to v2 in IIS, but Plesk still gives v1 as the only choice.

Running this fixed it:
