Issue "Network error when attempting to fetch resources" on Apache configuration changes

hello i have installed plesk on a debian 10 server but i have problem evrey time when i try to add a domain o make change the server go down and im get this error im send the apache screen if noyone can help me

fix this? If not you'll need to open a support ticket, because this is a strange situation. It could be for some network configuration issue on the server, but not for sure.
