New clean server, old version of Plesk on a hard drive with lots of data, help!

My hosting company just got in touch to tell me my server has been compromised. They immediately took it offline and said they needed to give me a new clean install.

What they are doing is this:
-Giving me a new server with a brand new Plesk install.
-Mounting the old hard drive somewhere I can get to it.

I'd really like any advice people can give about restoring/recreating things like:
-Plesk accounts (usernames, domains, etc)
-Email accounts associated with those accounts
-MySQL databases

The migration manager is no help here right? Are there any tips on doing this manually, where can I look?

Hello,

May be this Knowledge Base article will be of use:

How do I restore Plesk from the hard disk drive in case if the Operating System is broken and the HDD with old OS and Plesk is mounted in the new system.
