• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Issue New Configuration not created

COAT

New Pleskian
Hi everyone!
I manage a plesk Server with Plesk Obsidian 18.0.57. I'm a real newbie, I'm sorry.
Anyway, one week ago I could no longer access the Plesk Dashboard and a page was opened with writing:
The page doesn't work
MyIP is currently unable to handle the request.
HTTP ERROR 500
So even if the IP was pingable I cannot access.
I asked to my provider and I don't what they did but now I can access again.

But! In the dashboard I have this error message:
New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created due to the errors in configuration templates: Can not restart web server: apache_control_adapter[5010]: httpd stop failed apache_control_adapter[5010]: 10 /usr/sbin/httpd processes are killed apache_control_adapter[5010]: apache_action(restart): invoke_httpd_action failed, trying second time INFO: [Wed Feb 14 21:29:53 CET 2024]: Service: apache, Action: start Trying to start service httpd... unknown ***** problem report ***** Warning: start service httpd failed /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/pleskrc execution failed: Failed to execute operation: Failed to activate service 'org.freedesktop.systemd1': timed out Failed to execute operation: Failed to activate service 'org.freedesktop.systemd1': timed out Failed to start httpd.service: Connection timed out See system logs and 'systemctl status httpd.service' for details. Failed to get properties: Failed to activate service 'org.freedesktop.systemd1': timed out. Detailed error descriptions were sent to you by email. Please resolve the issues and click here to generate broken configuration files once again or here to generate all configuration files. See the details in Configuration Troubleshooter
I see in forum that there are many discussions about "New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created" but it seems that every error message is different, obviously.

I don't know what does it means and I have no idea of what to do.

Is there anyone that can help me, please?

Thank you so much!
