New Install 8.2 Cannot Log In: Reasons?

What are some reasons for not being able to log into a fresh install of 8.2? Is this a bug or something that I cannot find any information on?

It is a new install on CentOS 5.0, nothing has been done yet, just installed from command line and now trying to log into admin panel. Keep getting rejected being told that 'admin' and 'setup' for password are no good.

Any advice?

Doesn't anyone have any thoughts on this? How could I be the only one who can't log in after a fresh install? I've not messed with it in any way since installing.
