  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

new install problem

i've done a clean fedora2 install, accessed the admin page from the system using the localhost: address set the admin password, and when i go to fill in the administrator information it gives me an error about incomplete, or invalid data in a field, then returns me to the data entry page with country highlited in red... it says United States though, and that is where i am... I've checked the system settings, and it's USA new york eastern time zone wich is correct. any ideas?
I just bought this software yesterday, and trying to get someone on the phone this afternoon seems impossible.

EHEH maybe they're just busy...

Are you using a valid ZIP and Tel. no? It may be highlighting the wrong field as being wrong.
 
yup i enered all the info in line by line
zip* i used 45205 my zip
Phone* i used 513-251-2667 my phone number
 
got it figured out.
took the firewall down and came in from outside the system, and it took the info just fine.
dunno why it wouldn't from inside though
