new installation with no backup but I have files..

Hi,

My datacenter put a new hdd on server, I can see old files and everything on secondary hdd.

I will install new plesk to new hdd but I dont know how to convert everything from old hdd? (plesk db, iis datas etc) I dont have backups from plesk...

Is there anyway?
