• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

So in order to gey my ssl cert going ive purchased another IP address to assign to one domain. I added it to the server, then added it to the client, then went to the site, and changed the address from the shared IP to the exclusive IP. Did the appropriate DNS changes to point all to the new IP, and reloaded. When i visit the site i get the plesk default page....what did i do wrong?
Did I not wait long enough for the change to take maybe? I got a bit gunshy and switched it back immediately as the client tends to be pretty quick on the uptake when issues arise.

The issue is due to the changed IP address, that's why you get the default page. Force a DNS refresh on your side and you will see the correct site.
