New to VPS and Need help!

Im only just away from shared hosting guys so take it real easy with me!

I have a plesk login which im just about finding my way around!

im running a script which uploads post information to my wordpress website, yet everytime the csv is over 5000 lines i get an automated email from my host with this warning below and then the script stops and provides this message:

It seems that i need to increase the servers ability to use more sql memory somehow?

Please advise if you can?

The two things (mysql being under high load and the internal server error) may be indirectly related, or maybe directly related.

Check your logs:
/var/log/mysql.log
/var/log/httpd/error_log
/var/www/vhosts/your-domain.tld/stats/logs/error_log

Some things that might be happening: The 5000 line file may cause an upload file size or post file size or php memory usage larger than is allowed by php.ini. You'll see these in the error_logs, I think.
mysql may be overloading and causing an error. You should see this in the mysql.log, I think.

yet another possible problem is that lots of things together may be causing your VPS to use more resources than it is allowed, and this is causing something to stop working or be killed and that is then causing the problem. Check /var/log/messages and also your VPS's control panel for any resource issues.
