  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Question Newb question regarding domain

New Pleskian
Hi, sorry for the dumb question, but I'm quite new to the topic and there are really lots of information in front of me.

The question is - if I have a domain that I bought somewhere else and I need to provide the DNS address, the address is the IP shown in DNS settings in the plesk panel/ [sorry, shift doesn't work].

There is a list of dns records, and the value is the IP of my VPS. So simply speaking, the IP of my VPS is the DNS address I need to add on the website of my domain provider/

Thank you in advance.
