Plesk 10.4.4 does strict state abbreviation validation when creating a new customer. When I enter NL (the correct 2 letter abbreviation for Newfoundland in Canada), it says it is invalid. Entering NF works fine (the old and now incorrect abbreviation).
WHMCS provisions using the correct NL two letter abbreviation via XML-RPC API and they refuse to put in an exception to use the incorrect two character value (I can't blame them -- it's wrong). This means that automating the creation of a client account who resides in Newfoundland is impossible as it will always fail to accept the client state value of NL.
Please fix this by either allowing both two letter codes or (the better solution) changing it to the correct two letter code: NL
Notice that it is gov.NL.ca (and not NF): http://www.gov.nl.ca/
