Newly created user can't access control panel

Hi,

I've created a new user in
https://www.mywebsite.com:8443/smb/user/list

User is active, has a webmaster role. I use Plesk 11.

My user then can't connect to
https://www.mywebsite.com:8443/

Any idea why ?

Any errors in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log and /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log ?

Hi,

Nothing in /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log or /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log that corresponds to time of connection attempts.

Would you like some captures of some sort?
