Issue Nginx cache not working X-Cache-Status show MISS

we have a medium high traffic site i enabled nginx cache and i can see its show shows as X-Cache-Status show MISS how to fix this and see either its caching site or not

can you be more specific i already added this option

The _ga and _gid are only examples for frequently used cookies. You need to check which cookies your website sets, e.g. by looking into the cookie list in the configuration menu of your browser.
