Question Nginx caching - New wordpress post error 404

Regular Pleskian
CentOS Linux 7.3.1611 (Core)‬
Plesk Onyx Version 17.0.17 Update #20,
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.17,
PHP 5.6.30 - FPM application served by Apache
Apache/2.4.6
nginx version: nginx/1.11.4

Attached nginx and apache confs for vhost

There is hosted magento 1.9 UFHH01 pls don't read "magento" :)
Also in the same vhost is Wordpress.
We added new post, but it is not shown. Also for testing purpose I changed another post, and changes are not displayed. Probably because caching.

Is it possible from Plesk to purge or clear cache?
How to set if there is changes to update cache?
