nginx port 80 -> tomcat port 8080

Good day.
I would like to know if there's a way to redirect port 80 to tomcat (8080) using nginx.
I have plesk web pro 12. I pay plesk per month to hetzner.de
I also would like to know what kind of support should I buy, I cannot understand buying support page to figure out what should I buy.
