Nginx problem for perl upload

Hello,

i have clients that have a filehosting software that runs in perl, the problem is that when nginx is active the progress bar for the upload don't work.

I other words, is possible to make nginx manage all as default but not the uploads, at least for some domains.

or can anyone tell me how to disable nginx for only 1 domain or file?
