Question nginx proxy lets encrypt error renew

Hi guys

I'm using for approx 100 domains a nginx proxy to one location .
But here is a problem when letsencrypt trys to renew its give error because lets encrypt could connect to .well-known directory per example domain.com/httpdocs/.well-kwown
now i tried to add these lines unfurtonally it doesnt helped.

Code:
# Statically serve all files in .well-known, which is the location where letsencrypt stores the proof file
location /.well-known/ {
    root /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/;
}

so any suggestions are welcome
