Input nginx server

Hello

a short feedback.
Nginx is running, but is no longer recognized by the software.
No Plesk error !

the second:
lets encrypt still does not secure the web server properly. Furthermore the DNS error.
In the meantime, I plan to purchase of a server certificate.

@UHolthausen

I would not recommend to purchase anything.

To be honest, I would recommend to change your hosting provider as soon as possible.

After all, these kind of odd problems should not occur at all - even when not being an expert, an out-of-the-box Plesk instance would allow the end-user to run Nginx, Apache and almost every kind of regular application (like WP or something similar) without any problem : if there are some problems with hosting, then those problems are the actual endresult of a messed up customization or config on the server-side - and that server is maintained by your hosting provider.

Kind regards......

Hello

Thank you so much for the support so far.
However, before I consider a provider change, I would like to try to find out what or where the cause of the error is.
As you know, I use the provider's name servers.
What happens if I use my own name servers?
If I understand Plesk correctly, I can more or less automatically use/set it up with Plesk.
Wouldn't like to have to reinstall.

Hope it's understandable, English is not my native language.

Addition: DNS is a book with seven seals for me, hard to understand, but I try.
