*nix licence compatble with windows?

I have here a unused Plesk licence for fedora.
This licence was ordered for a customer who ordered a webserver with plesk licence but he did not pay, so the server is never delivered to the customer and the licence is not is use.

Now we need a Windows2003 server with PLESK installed.

I am wondering if I can use this key for this Windows server?
If not we have to order a new key in spite of that we have a unused key available.

Does someone has idea of this key can be used?

If you contact sales they will probably switch the license for you.
