  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

No bounce message when using horde as webmail

New Pleskian
I can see that in PLESK 10.4.4 the following failure was reintroduced.

http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=108628

I also copied the mail-log entries

Mar 26 12:34:42 postfix/qmgr[29156]: CC63111D22F4: from=<[email protected]>, size=668, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
Mar 26 12:34:42 postfix-local[1182]: postfix-local: [email protected], [email protected], dirname=/var/qmail/mailnames
Mar 26 12:34:42 postfix-local[1182]: cannot chdir to mailname dir unknown.user: No such file or directory
Mar 26 12:34:42 postfix-local[1182]: Unknown user: [email protected]
Mar 26 12:34:42 postfix/pipe[1163]: CC63111D22F4: to=<[email protected]>, relay=plesk_virtual, delay=21, delays=21/0/0/0.06, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered via plesk_virtual service)
Mar 26 12:34:42 postfix/qmgr[29156]: CC63111D22F4: removed

You can see, that postfix tells you that this user cannot be found but the delivery was successful, so as a result no bounce message was sent.

Did someone else notice this behaviour?

Cheers
