Issue no cloning between two domains

Hi,
II am admin on my system and logged in, but I can not run a clone on another domain. What can I do exactly?

• Execution copy has failed with exit code 2, stdout: Copy 'ext_php' owned by 'example' from '/var/www/vhosts/example.sh/abcd.example.sh' into '/var/www/vhosts/example.io/abcd.example.io' owned by 'exampleio'
• , stderr: move_to_cgroup(): pam_open_session() failed 6: Permission denied
• move process 6972 to cgroup for user webanker failed
• tar: This does not look like a tar archive
• tar: Skipping to next header
• tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors
