No error_logs for one domain

Sk_Informatica

New Pleskian
Hi, we have running a Plesk 12.0.18 update #47 on a CentOS 6.6 VPS.

Suddenly one of the domains hosted has stopped recording the error logs from apache so we can't troubleshoot the web issues. All other hosts are working right.

Anybody can help?

Thanks in advance.

First of all try to fix it with

# plesk bin repair --restore-vhosts-permissions
# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain domain.com

Thanks for your response IgorG.

I've tried to fix with your commands but the domain isn't recording any error_log. I'm having some 500 Internal Server Errors on the affected domain and I need to address them by searching in error_log. It appears as an empty file, but I've noticed that the last modification date is up to date. This looks really weird.
