no FTP from Sitebuilder

Hello,
On my fresh installed Plesk system I cannot place new sites from my Sitebuilder 3.0.2
I get an error
'safe_mode' directive must be be turned off at the target server (publication DSN is 'FTP:joost@[***]
I tried editing php.ini file so the save_mode was off.
But that didn't help
Any suggestions

Hello,

Please clarify on what server you were trying to turn of the safe mode. Make sure that safe mode is turned of on the source server also. You can do this using the following article:

Also please verify the publishing location using sufficient option in the Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder web interface.
