No icon for crontab management

I have Crontab management enabled for clients, but there isn't an icon for Crontab management anywhere in their interface. I think we may have found a way to disable Crontab management when we first setup the server, but we would like to offer that now.

How can I enable Crontab management for our users? We're using Plesk 8.2.1 on Debian GNU/Linux 4.0.

Make sure its enabled in interface template, it may be set to hidden.
