• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

No incoming mail

Greetings,

Two days ago I tried to upgrade Plesk and it didn't work. As a result of it and my subsequent efforts to "fix" it, I ended up having to restore the image and configure it all over.

Everything seems to be working ok now, except for the mail server: outgoing mail is delivered correctly but we're not receiving incoming mail from outside our server. That is, we can send emails to each other but anything sent from another server is not being delivered.

Anyone here could give me a clue as to where should I be looking?

Could it be a DNS problem? Should I do something with the whitelist?

These past 48 hours have been quite exhausting and I don't think my brain is working as it should, so please accept my apologies if this is a trivial problem.

Thanks in advance.

Same problem over here,

I'll have upgrade Plesk 9.5.3 to Plesk 10.2.0 and needs to restart every day my Courier-imap by a cronjob.
At some domains will IMAP not working at all, I'll have to wait when this problem is fixed by the next version of Plesk.

It looks like that the mail server of IMAP will not working properly when it has an upgrade of Plesk.

Kind of regards,
Edward
