More likely a configuration error somewhere. If you're able to get to the tools & settings section you can have it do a diag on the configuration, otherwise I'd probably go and connect to your server via SSH and run the follow command:

Apparently the problem is not with the Plesk installation. The problem still continues
Have you recently installed an extension or did you recently upgrade an extension? Which one?
The problem occurred when more than 30 sites were imported from another server with Plesk via Plesk Migrator.
What Plesk license do you have?
