No mail server

I did a fresh install on a Windows 2012R which already had the basic Malleable server install and FileZilla server. When plesk installed it dod not have support for mail. so I removed malleable and removed everything fro the registry then reinstalled it and it is no located in the Plesk Dir. But still nothing on the web interface I see not mail server settings or in any domain. No mail set up.

I am stuck all my customer have no mail when I do the migration utility it imports the site but no mail.

Please help

Please navigate to "Tools & Settings > Server Components" and click on "Refresh" button.
Do you see MailEnable on the screen?
