no mapping between account name and security ids

I tried to reconfigure an account using command:
websrvmng.exe --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=<domain name>

but failed with following error:


no mapping between account name and security ids was done. (error code 1332) at lookupaccountname for name computername\iusr_username

Please help
